SDR Option - Phase 1 Setup ('Internet Cheat' - No Radio)
The following are instructions for setting up the software for the SDR Option so that you can receive the Weather Report without a radio (ie over the Internet - see illustration below:). Once you are up and running in this mode, you can then replace the Internet with a radio. This phase is just to give you a head start.
It is best to do the setup in concert with one of our Elmers at the Thursday Workshop.
