Hello Folks
I believe we are at a point in the road where we need to check the map and make sure we are headed in the right direction.
As discussed yesterday, we will set aside our next few Tuesday meetings to deeply discuss where we should go from here.
So that you have a better understanding of where this whole thing is coming from I would like to share with you some documents.
The first is what I call The Plan. This overview lays out in strategic terms what I believe needs to be done for the overall movement. It is presented in a format borrowed from the military. (one page).

The second is what I call Digital Republic – it is basically an expansion on the end state from The Plan and lays the rationale for our emergency communications network as the foundation for a new Internet. (one page).

The third is the Action Plan which has been shared with you in the past. It has not been updated so that we can do that together. It will serve as the agenda for our discussions. (one page).
