Action Plan (as of 2024-12-28)

Intent: To establish a two-tiered emergency comms network (ECN) of like-minded people which will connect communities together at the local and inter-local levels across Canada and beyond, using all available technologies and techniques including:
            ▪ ham, LoRa and CB, etc for local
            ▪ HF/HF-Digital, etc for inter-local
